Kathleen Rose, Owner of Grand Vacation Homes

The founder of Grand Vacation Homes, Kathleen Rose, has been matching vacationers with the perfect vacation homes for nearly 20 years. In her travels to many vacation spots, a handful of destinations emerged as her favorites: Park City and Deer Valley, Jackson Hole, and the majestic Rocky Mountains of Colorado.  Kathleen loves working with families, corporate groups, guys’ ski groups, women’s groups and wedding parties. She enjoys the challenge of finding her clients the best properties at the best prices and she loves hearing from happy repeat clients year after year! Kathleen lives in Littleton, CO with her husband and three children, who all share her love of travel and exploring.

Mary Gelwick

Mary Gelwick joined GVH in the fall of 2015.  Mary also loves to travel and plan trips for her family and friends, so she is a perfect fit for Grand Vacation Homes and our clients.  Mary is your go-to gal for vacation rentals in Breckenridge, Beaver Creek, Vail and Telluride. She knows each property we market and can walk you through the properties’ locations, proximity to the lifts, amenities and family-friendliness.  You’ll love working with Mary! Mary lives in Littleton, CO with her husband and three children.

Working directly with the property owners and managers allows us to give our clients the most accurate information and negotiate the best rates available. We intimately know every home we represent, and therefore we can help guide our clients through thousands of available properties to choose the one that best meets their needs.
