Timber Run 101 is a spacious three bedroom plus loft condominium that features a fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar able to seat three people and a dining area with large table able to seat 6 people comfortably. For business purposes, the dining area also features a computer for those last minute needs. The living area offers comfortable furnishings, vaulted ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, a flat screen television and access to the private balcony, perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air. For entertainment, the condo is equipped with 5 flat screen TVs, a Blu Ray player and complimentary Wi-Fi for your enjoyment.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom features a King bed, a ceiling fan for those warmer months, a flat screen television and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, a ceiling fan, a flat screen television and a bathroom across the hallway.
One the second floor there is a King bed in the third bedroom, a flat screen television, a stereo and access to an additional full bathroom that is shared with the loft bedroom. The enclosed loft area offers a Daybed with Trundle and a ceiling fan.
For additional sleeping space, there is a Queen Sleeper sofa in the main living area.
