The Kiva

The Kiva is conveniently located in upper Beaver Creek and features its own skiway just steps from the end of the building that provides easy ski-in, ski-out access to the slopes of Beaver Creek Mountain. The Kiva, privately tucked away on the Eastern side of Beaver Creek in the Highlands area, gives you the feeling of being away from everything and close to the action at the same time.

The property has a large, year-round pool and patio area with two hot tubs, lounge chairs, BBQ grills, steam and sauna with a private changing area. While staying at the Kiva, you can enjoy on-site check in and front desk, a private ski locker room, complimentary wireless Internet, washer and dryers in every home, covered parking and recently upgraded common areas. Please note that there is no air conditioning in these vacation rentals. Complimentary Village Transportation shuttle is available to take guests anywhere within Beaver Creek Resort.

Take in the views of the ski slopes over Beaver Creek village from this third floor, three-bedroom plus loft, four-bath residence. Charming Colorado cabin touches throughout the home and comfortable mountain decor make this a wonderful vacation rental for your ski vacation. The renovated kitchen is open to the dining area and spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, flat screen TV and wood-burning fireplace.

The master suite features a king-sized bed, remodeled en suite bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub, flat screen TV and a private patio. Two full-sized beds are in the second bedroom, which features a flat screen TV and updated en suite bathroom. The third bedroom is furnished with two queen-sized beds, flat screen TV and updated adjoining bathroom. The enclosed loft is set up as an additional bedroom with two twin beds, flat screen TV and its own updated bathroom. Guests will find additional sleeping space in a small room off the main loft including a futon and flat screen television. The large deck off the living room has some of the best views of the entire building. Kiva guests enjoy a large, year-round pool and patio area with two hot tubs, lounge chairs, BBQ grills, and steam and sauna with a private changing area.

Kiva also offers on-site check in and front desk, a private ski locker room, complimentary wireless Internet, washer and dryers in every home, covered parking and recently upgraded common areas. A complimentary village shuttle is available to take guests anywhere within Beaver Creek Resort. Guests of East West Resorts have the added amenity of full concierge services.
