Borders Lodge in Beaver Creek Village offers ski-in, ski-out access via the Elkhorn Chairlift (Chair 14).  There are two buildings:  Upper Borders and Lower Borders.  This 3-bedroom condominium is located in the Lower Borders building.  It is immediately adjacent to the Elkhorn Lift (chair 14), visible from your private balcony!

Set on the end of the Lower Borders building, this gorgeous condo has extra windows and even more natural light.  You’ll love snuggling up in front of the gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for serving meals at the dining table or at the breakfast bar. At the end of a day on the slopes, toss damp ski clothes into the private washer and dryer and sit out on the balcony to watch the snow fall. Better yet, head down to the shared pool and hot tub and take a refreshing dip!

What’s nearby:
Pick the right ski lift (Elkhorn Lift 14, visible from the condo, is right outside the lobby!), and you’ll be on the path to delightful retreats like Spruce Saddle and the Candy Cabin. Younger guests can sharpen their skills at Ski and Snowboard School during the day. But no matter what the season, there are wonderful activities for guests to enjoy. Our chairlifts are open across the seasons for guests who want to hike or relax at the top of the mountain. The trails system connects the Beaver Creek, Arrowhead, and Bachelor Gulch villages to allow our guests the freedom to explore.
