This Borders Upper #406 three-bedroom plus loft, three-bath condo, can accommodate up to eight people and is located on the top level of the Upper Borders Building. This unit features vaulted ceilings, stairs to the 2nd level, fully equipped kitchen, a table that seats 6 people, washer and dryer and a gas fireplace in the living room.

Bedding includes a queen in the master, queen in the second bedroom, queen in the third bedroom, two twin beds in the loft. Complimentary wireless Internet is available.

For our summer guests, this unit does not have air conditioning; however, a fan has been provided in the master bedroom for your comfort.

The Borders Lodge

The deluxe accommodation at The Borders Lodge combine the quiet and comfort of a private residence with the personal service of a fine hotel. Resort amenities include a front desk on site, daily housekeeping service, concierge services and complimentary underground parking.

Situated on a hillside above Beaver Creek Village, The Borders Lodge boasts a prime ski-in/ski-out location. Both the Upper and Lower buildings feature ski-in/ski-out access, with the Elkhorn Lift located just 40 feet from the Lower Borders Front Desk. For convenience, the in-house Concierge can assist guests with ski and snowboard rentals.

Private ski lockers are available to guests in Lower Borders, so guests need not haul ski equipment between their condominium units and the slopes. The Lodge is also located along Beaver Creek’s complimentary on-demand Dial-A-Ride shuttle route.

Guests lodging in the Upper Borders and Lowers Borders buildings share access to property amenities, including two fitness rooms, two hot tubs and an outdoor heated pool. A meeting room is available for groups of up to 50 people. The Borders Concierge can arrange ski and snowboard rentals, as well as car rentals and airport transfers. Complimentary coffee bars are found in both lobbies.

Ski and snowboard rentals are available in the nearby Charter at Beaver Creek at Charter Sports, conveniently located on the Lobby Level of The Charter. Charter Sports offers state-of-the-art rentals at a 25% discount when reserved 2 days in advance. Ski-only and boot-only rentals qualify for an additional discount, and special group rates are available for 15 or more renters. Their rental ski and snowboard packages include demo, performance, and junior skis and snowboards. The sport ski value package is recommended for beginners. All Charter Sports ski packages include skis, boots and poles. Helmet rentals are $10 per day and available in all sizes.
