Located just up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort on Empire Avenue, this condominium is in a duplex building, with the feel of a mountain cabin. It is quite spacious (approximately 2000 square feet) with wood beamed vaulted ceilings and two living areas, each with a fireplace.

The condo is on the downhill side of the street; as you go down the steps from the street, there is a deck with a hot tub just outside the front door. As you enter the condo, the main level is the living room, kitchen and adjacent dining area, and a full bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a full shared bath. On the lower level are a family room, the third bedroom and an adjoining bathroom which has an entry from both the bedroom and the family room.

Living Room: Gas fireplace, 46″ HDTV, DVD, VCR, CD stereo, plenty of seating, lots of light!
