This spacious 4-bedroom home is located in the quiet and convenient neighborhood of Park Meadows! Catch the free town shuttle up to historic Main Street or to the ski resorts – Park City Mountain, The Canyons Village and Deer Valley Resort – for world class skiing, outstanding dining, shopping and nightlife. This home is perfect for a family reunion or corporate retreat, a guys’ ski trip or girls’ getaway!
Two guest bedrooms are located on the main floor, as well as a full bath and private washer and dryer. The first guest room has a queen bed, flat screen TV and full bath. The second guest room has two twin beds and flat screen TV. The twins may be converted into a king – please request in advance. On the second level you will find the third guest room and loft area. The guest bedroom has a king bed, full bath, flat screen TV and iPod docking station. The loft area has a large flat screen TV with DVD and provides sleeping for four with a day bed plus trundle, as well as a sofa sleeper. The master bedroom features a King bed, full bath, large walk-in closet, wood burning fireplace, large flat screen TV with DVD and stereo; as well as access to the outdoor deck with private year round hot tub and the scenic mountain views.
Guests will enjoy the convenience of a small kitchen area in the loft as well. Enjoy cooking for family and friends in the new state-of-the-art, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Large dining room table provides dining for 10, plus 4 bar stools.
