This one-level, two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condominium has a partial mountain and valley view with a private deck and electric barbeque. The well equipped kitchen features granite counter tops. There is seating for six at the dining room table plus three bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living area has a flat screen TV with a DVD player as well as a wood burning fireplace and a queen size sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a queen size log pole bed a twin trundle log pole bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bunk bed.

The Ranch at Steamboat Condominium Resort and Conference Center offers superior accommodations and services at extremely competitive rates. This 36-acre hillside location provides plenty of privacy and ample elbow room, plus spectacular views of the Steamboat Ski Area and Yampa Valley – yet is only minutes from all the action. The Ranch is renowned for its friendly, complimentary private shuttle service (winter only), which transports you to the ski area or downtown Steamboat Springs at your convenience.

The Ranch at Steamboat offers vacation rentals ranging from spacious 4-bedroom condominiums to more intimate 1-bedroom units, with a private bath for each bedroom. Each unit is beautifully appointed and has a full kitchen, private balcony, wood-burning fireplace, washer/dryer, at least two TVs, direct-dial telephones and private heated garages. High-speed internet access is provided in each condominium for guests who bring their network-ready portable computers.

Onsite amenities include a fitness center, outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, men’s and ladies’ saunas, and four outdoor tennis courts. Please note that the pool and hot tubs are open during winter and summer months only. Arrangements can be made to use the onsite conference room, as well as the catering service that utilizes the onsite professional-grade kitchen.

“This place was great. 2 bedrooms, 3 baths. Toilets worked great(priority with 3 kids). 5 beds to sleep in; plus a couch roll out and a hidden bed under the single bed. Nice big dining room table, had a garage, but truck did not fit. We used the tennis courts, pool every day, and my 14 yr son loved the work-out room. Nice kitchen with an electric grill on the patio, used it every night. Easy drive to town and close to the gondola square. Overall, would gladly come back.“
