So close to both the base of the Gondola and Chair 8 and the base of Lift 7 on the west side of Town, Cornet Creek 301 is ideal for easy access to the Telluride Ski Resort. The world renowned music Festivals are a straight shot walk on Pacific Ave to the Town of Telluride Park. Telluride’s bustling shops and restaurants are a five-minute walk from the condo. The main grocery store is about a two minutes’ walk away. The multi-level condo has upgraded finishes, with granite countertops, cherry wood cabinets, a small gas fireplace in the living room and built-ins. Each level of the condo has the magnificent Ajax iconic view to the east.
The main level has the living room, dining area and kitchen. Watch the sunrise over Ingram Falls with a cup of coffee. There is a powder room on this level at the entry.
