Imagine your vacation stay right at the base of Lift 7!  Double Diamond #18 is just that, a ski in-ski-out condo with a fireplace and a hot tub on site.  The inner courtyard is heated and the condo has a single car garage.  Enter on ground level. Drop your skis and boots in the garage and go up one level to the bedroom level.  Here there are two bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom.  The master has a king and the second guest bedroom has two twins (can be combined for a king for another couple).  The main floor is an open floor plan with a fireplace and a large flat screen TV.  Got a gamer in the family?  Go up to the loft above the kitchen. Here you will find a queen bed with a TV for gaming or hook your laptop to the TV and watch your latest Netflix obsession!

In the summer, Double Diamond is a great place to base for the incredible hiking/biking or fly-fishing right out the door.  The Telluride Trail is just across from the Lift for the mountain goat type, and the Valley Floor trail is better for a flatter hiking experience.  The condo has a small deck facing the ski runs for morning coffee or an afternoon barbeque.  Take in the iconic view of Ajax peak at the end of the Telluride canyon.  The outdoor hot tub at the end of the courtyard can sooth winter or summer!
