The fourth bedroom has two twin beds and a futon chair that has a twin pullout bed. There is a private bathroom off this bedroom as well as a gaming system for the kids.

Additional conveniences in the unit include a washer/dryer off the kitchen, a large gathering room, daily maid service in the winter, and a balcony overlooking the pool, Lionshead village, and Vail Mountain. An elevator outside the unit takes you from the 5th floor vantage point to available ski lockers on the ground floor.
