This one bedroom, one bathroom Superior-rated condominium is 686 square feet and can accommodate up to four people. The unit is a corner unit and has two balconies off the living room giving the unit both mountain and creek views. The bedroom has one king bed, a 30 inch television and mountain views. The bathroom is located off the living room area, and has a bathtub with shower and stone countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances in stainless steel finishes, dishes, glassware, utensils and cookware. There is seating for four at the kitchen peninsula. The living room has seating on two sofas, one of which makes into a queen sleeper sofa. For entertainment, there is a 40 inch flat screen television and complimentary wifi throughout the unit.
